A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), my professional dedication is matched only by my love for family time. Outside the office, we enjoy attending sporting events, exploring new places through travel, and soaking up the sun on beautiful Lake Murray in Chapin.

Hey there! My name is Tyler McCathern. I have been licensed to sell real estate since 2019. I love all things real estate! It is something I have been passionate about my whole life. I joined the EXIT Palmetto team in July of 2024. I am so grateful to be a part of such an experienced team and company that has so many resources! I truly feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be. I have always lived in the Midlands. I grew up in Irmo, SC and graduated from Irmo High School. I have my Business Administration degree from SNHU. I have two teenaged daughters that are my pride an joy. I have always loved being outdoors with my girls. We love to camp, paddle board, and hike. Sunsets are our favorite! We also have two dogs, two cats, a guinea pig, a hamster, and eight chickens. I have always loved animals and so do my girls. It’s like our own mini farm! We hope to one day have a farm of our own!
